Tires By Brand BFGoodrich
The development of the tire-making industry began after the launching of the first automobile. The end of the 19th century was the time when the first tire companies appeared. And BFGoodrich is one of such companies. Until the end of the 20th century, it was one of the leading tire producers in the industry. The company created and implemented many different innovations, like the first tubeless tire, first radial tire and the first all-terrain tire in the world. BFGoodrich gained popularity among the customers who drove in the most complicated road conditions. Today it makes tires of all seasons for such vehicle types as SUVs, pickup trucks, commercial and passenger cars.

As a company, BFGoodrich appeared from the union of two organizations - Goodrich and Tew and Company. It was established by the New York doctor Benjamin Franklin Goodrich and his brother-in-law Harvey W. Tew. Firstly, it produced only rubberized items like hoses and belts; tire making started only in 1896. BFGoodrich was the first American company, which manufactured pneumatic tires. Also, it became one of the top polyvinyl chloride makers in the US. Besides producing tires for cars, BFGoodrich established the aerospace division that turned out to be the company's most commercial. Since the 1990s, BFGoodrich has been part of the French tire maker Michelin.
The American manufacturer's tire assortment is various – for each type, you will find several variants. No matter what tires you will choose, you can be definitely sure of one thing - BFGoodrich tires are excellent tires that deliver high productivity, comfort and security.
You can ask how it can be proved. We'll answer – very easy. During a 100 history, BFGoodrich participated in many motorsport races. The cars with the BFGoodrich tires won such famous races as the World Rally Championship and Dakar Rally. So the company knows what tires must be installed to your vehicle – only the best ones that deliver the highest productivity that can ever be.
As we've mentioned before, BFGoodrich implemented many innovative products that influenced the tire industry. In the 1960s, the organization created the forerunner of today's technology named Run-Flat (it's a special tire construction thanks to which the punctured tires can be driven for a short time at limited speeds). Besides, BFGoodrich was the first to create and present radial tires for the American market. Compared with other tires of that period, it was a big step forward – having these tires on the vehicles, the drivers got a longer lifespan of tread, more comfort and constant security.
The other important features that the BFGoodrich tires provide are high productivity and great handling. All the tires contain a Silica-infused compound that improves steering and grip reaction while driving on dry and wet surfaces.
Besides great handling and high productivity, BFGoodrich also cares about the drivers' comfort. The American tires contain such inner construction, which provides steadiness when driving straight or making turns. In addition, the tires don't deliver any unpleasant sounds or vibrations, even if you drive them for a long time.
